Process
The following steps are a brief guide to the procedures we adopt to ensure the smooth process of your loan application:
If you don’t already deal with us at Guardian you’ll need to complete the online form or post/fax a form downloaded from the website (see stationery).
For an immediate decision in principle phone us on 0800 279 1279
Alternatively, you can submit the application by fax using a DIP form or submit an online application. We will respond with details, usually the same day.
Once the application is accepted and you require us to process the loan we will issue documents immediately direct to the client. At the same time we will inform you of the amount of loan, rate charged and your commission.
We process the application fully arranging title, credit searches, surveys and references where necessary. Once we’ve received everything needed it is sent to head office for completion.
When we receive notification of completion we contact the customer to advise them. As soon as commission is received it is forwarded to you without delay.
